Careers
Build the layer between the machine and the decision.
Toleron is engineered in Tuttlingen on real machines. We hire people who want to see their code run against a Sinumerik controller and high-rate sensor data from a grinding process — and who write down what they learned.
Areas we hire in
Where the work is.
We do not post job identifiers we cannot stand behind. These are the areas the platform is built from; if your experience fits one of them, we want to hear from you.
Edge & embedded software
Data acquisition, local messaging and real-time processing on industrial computers at the machine. You care about a restart never duplicating a measurement.
Industrial data infrastructure
Messaging, time-series storage, data intake at high sustained rates, recordings that never destroy captured data. You measure before you claim.
Machine learning on process signals
Models on high-rate process data from real machines — from offline experiments to the same results in live operation. You distrust a model that has not proven itself alongside production.
Manufacturing technology
Grinding, turning and milling processes, CNC controllers, sensors on real machines. You know what a burnt part looks like and what preceded it in the signal.
Product & interface engineering
React and TypeScript, live charts that keep very fast measurements readable, dashboards where n/c is a first-class state.
What to expect
How engineering works here.
- Real machines
- Your work is validated on the laboratory fleet in Tuttlingen, not on a fixture.
- Written engineering
- Design documents, deploy reports with rollback tables and known-limitations sections. Decisions are recorded.
- Honesty, built in
- We would rather show n/c than a number we cannot back. That applies to how we talk to each other, too.
- Small team, wide scope
- You will touch acquisition, storage, analytics and UI — and see the effect on a machine the same day.
How to apply
Send us something you built.
A short note on what you want to work on, a CV, and — most useful — a link to something you made and a paragraph on what went wrong with it. We reply personally.
Your application is processed for the purpose of the hiring process only. See our privacy policy.
