Platform · Screens
From the shop-floor display to your own evaluations.
The same system serves the operator who needs one glance, the production lead who needs the week's numbers and the engineer who wants to build an evaluation — with the same honesty rules for every number on every screen.

Machines, live
All machines as photo tiles: manufacturer, model, live state and a display of whether data is actually arriving. Each machine has its own page with continuously updating live charts, the active alarms in the controller's own words, buttons to start a recording or set up an automatic one, and a tab with the machine's documents.
Dashboards and reports
| View | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Current Shift | A live shop-floor board with key figures, a state timeline per machine and the shift's downtime — with a TV mode for wall displays |
| Daily Production | The digital shift whiteboard: one row per machine and shift, 17 selectable columns, CSV export of exactly what is on screen |
| Performance | Changes against the previous period, OEE trend, best and weakest machines |
| Timelines | The detailed view: timelines from 15 minutes to 14 days, with several downtimes selectable at once to classify them in one go |
| Job Execution | What every machine is making, whether it is on pace, estimated finish and queue length |
| Reports | OEE, utilisation, downtime, parts and alarms over any period, per shift or day, with a notice wherever data is missing, and CSV export |
Building your own evaluations
Engineers build their own evaluations on a drawing canvas that does not allow invalid connections. Before anything goes live, they try it on real history, then assign it to machines, choose where it runs and put it through the test phase. The setup assistant for AI models and the chart builder work the same way.
Setup without programming
- Controller connections with a live connection test — followed by automatic discovery of all available data points.
- An existing Siemens connector configuration can be pasted in and is turned into the list of devices and data points automatically.
- Sensor registration with a real hardware test.
- Assigning machine values to standard names, with live values shown while you assign.
- A nine-step OEE setup assistant and a guided machine import.
Grinding expertise, integrated
Grind Master integrates the KSF GrindingExpert service: choose material, hardness, wheel, roughness and form accuracy, enter wheel and workpiece data, and get dressing parameters and a step-by-step strategy — roughing, finishing, fine finishing, spark-out — with feeds, infeeds, stroke counts, specific material removal rates with warning levels, power, contact time and burn risk. When the service has no data for a combination, the screen says so instead of showing an invented value.
Access
Nothing is visible without a login. Two clearly separated roles: User sees production data and can start the actions that produce it; Admin manages settings, machines and users. Logging out, deactivating a user or resetting a password ends the session immediately. Changing settings requires Admin rights by default.
