Platform
One platform from the controller to the decision.
Toleron has three parts — an EdgeBox at each machine, one central server per site and dashboards in the browser — and eight building blocks. Each one does a clear job, and we tell you what it has been proven to do and where its limits are.
How it fits together
At the machine, on site, in the browser.
Data is collected at the machine, stored and evaluated on your own server, and shown in the browser. Your data stays in your plant.
Eight building blocks
From the machine to the decision.
Idea one
Evaluation happens where it makes sense.
An evaluation is set up once. Toleron decides whether it runs at the machine on the EdgeBox, on an AI box in the same network or on the central server — depending on where the data is and what each device can handle. You do not have to change anything, and whenever it has to deviate, Toleron records why.
Idea two
Every value works the same way.
A value from the controller, a sensor reading, a calculated figure, a machine state and the result of an AI model can all be shown in the same chart, recorded the same way and used as the starting point for the next evaluation. No special cases, and no separate system for AI.

Next step
Bring intelligence to your machines.
Connect existing CNC equipment without replacing the machine or the controller. We start with one machine, real data and an honest acceptance run.
