The computation goes to the data.

The interesting computation needs high-rate data. Sending it to a data centre is a bandwidth bill; not sending it means the computation cannot exist. Toleron places the computation next to the sensor and ships only the result.

What runs at the edge

  • Native DAQ acquisition and protocol connectors.
  • Local buffering of raw data through network outages.
  • Trigger evaluation on the data's own clock, with pre-roll.
  • A signal runtime that executes the same computation graphs as the central server, with every output frame continuity-counted.
  • A verified local model cache, so inference never waits on the network.

Proven, not promised

A blueprint bound to the lab's lathe and placed on its EdgeBox computed windows from the raw current stream at the machine — zero gaps, zero duplicates, zero bad frames — while the central server correctly computed nothing. Every output has exactly one producer.

Provisioning and rollout

Boxes appear automatically over heartbeat, are provisioned with identity, location and hardware from the central UI, and are managed with infrastructure-as-code. Every release ships as a versioned image with a backup, a rollback tag and a written deploy report — a discipline an industrial buyer can audit.

Bring intelligence to your machines.

Connect existing CNC equipment without replacing the machine or the controller. We start with one machine, real data and an honest acceptance run.
