Acquire at the rate of the process.
Machining events live at kilohertz. Toleron's acquisition path runs natively against the DAQ, with no duplicates across restarts, start and stop commands that are safe to repeat, and a hardware self-test that reports the measured sample rate.

No interpreter in the hot path
Acquisition runs as native code directly against the DAQ. A reconnect cannot duplicate data, start and stop are safe to repeat, and the acquirer reports its own state so a disagreement is detected rather than assumed.
Two streams from one decode
The full-rate archive stream is published first; a bounded min/max preview for live charts second. The dashboard can never show a sample the archive does not have.
