MTConnect for the controllers that speak it natively.
MTConnect is a read-only, HTTP-based standard that many North American and Japanese controls ship with. Toleron consumes the agent's device model and data streams, maps its data items onto the same semantic roles as OPC UA nodes, and follows the stream without silently skipping data.

Device model and live stream
The connector reads the agent's device model, takes a snapshot of every data item and then follows the live stream — execution state, controller mode, program, axis positions, spindle speed and part counters. On the lab's Haas TL-1 that includes the counters that drive part counting.
No silent gaps
The connector keeps its place in the agent's stream, so samples are not lost when the agent's buffer rolls over, and an idle machine is not reported offline merely because nothing changed.
Same roles, same analytics
MTConnect data items are bound to roles exactly like OPC UA nodes. The state engine, part counting, job detection and every report work unchanged — the lab's Haas lathe and its Sinumerik machines appear on the same timelines.
